Today Blaze and I did our second rally-o trial.

And wow we were, bad the first round lol.

I have been working 70-80hours a week the last few weeks. so I have had literally NO time to practice with blaze at all. (by the time I get home its past picth dark out (about 10pm-12am when i get home) and i leave before sun up) So we havnt practiced much in the last few weeks. Not to mention he missed his hike yesterday due to rain, and the day before it got cut short due to rain (Ryan takes them hiking every day, since I work way to much to do it currently.)

So any way we did 3 runs.

The first one. we were disqualified, since blaze was just....to hyper. To hyper to the point I couldnt get his attention, he skipped circles around me, play bowed and play nipped at me. Then when I raised my hand trying to get his attention he started his targeting to my hand (agility target. lol I should have raised my hands up, as he took that as a que to leap and touch my hands lol) he is such a goof.

So after that i took him out to the back field at the place. let him loose. and he ran like his butt was on fire, just ran circles around me like a crazy psyco lol. other people saw the big goof, and asked how old he was. i said almost 8 years old. And they thought by his crazy antics he was about a year old lol.

So after I let him run about 10mins worth of zoomies, it was time to go back in.

the second round was much, much better. We finished with a score of 190. and got second place.

the third round we got 3rd place with a score of 188.

So we did alot better the 2nd and rd time lol. he didn't act like such a goofball those times, should have let him zoomie himself around more before the first one. but we were late to get there to begin with (got SO lost)

So over all we had alot of fun. he is wipped out on the couch now, he must be tired, since he never goes on the couch unless he is exhausted lol. There was a irishwolfhound who took 1st place all 3 rounds. After all the rounds her and I were outside together. And she was telling me Blaze looks like he really loves working with me, she said his tail wags a mile a minute watching me (and being goofy). I really enjoyed hearing that. As its to easy to not see how happy he is, between reading signs, and making sure you go the right way lol

Im not sure if we even earned our RN or not. i thought we were supposed to. But no one told us if we did, so i have no idea. i guess Ill have to wait to see when the site updates titles and scores.

then we went to the best pet store ever. I spent way, way to much (almost 400 bucks) there. but I needed to buy alot of stuff for work. and have been waiting to get to this store for months. i bought a really cool toy for solo. Its one of those balls on a rope you hang from a tree. But we have no trees on the property. So we hung it int he basment, he has been going crazy on it lol.

Ill try to get some photos of him later when he wakes up with his ribbons. Atleast I will find time in the upcoming weeks for the next trial in a month lol

Congrats! 3 qualifying scores under 2 judges should be a title.

No venue 'tells you' at a trial you've gotten a title. It's up to you to keep track of qualifying scores and ask/ sign up for title ribbons if offered. The place offering the trial only cares about what happens at their trial, not the entire venue. Eventually sites get updated, though occasionally wrongly.

CARO has congratulated me twice now on Cider's Rally Bronze title that we are still one Q away from cause they keep adding things that aren't hers/ changing the dates on stuff that is hers.

Anyone who got a title at the trial had to tell them. Most places have title ribbons.. but you need to know to tell them you deserve one ;)

If it was CARO, if your scores average to 180+ it is an RNCL and 190+ RNMCL.
