Rain Coats

Have any of you purchased a rain jacket/coat for your dog? Did they like it? I'm just wondering if it'd be better for the coat and skin if we had one for walking in the rain.

I bought one for my dog.

She is a poodle, so her hair gets very very curly in the rain, this way her body does not get drenched. It is very light, so she does not mind it.

I got it at Target.

My dog hates the rain, so I got him a coat to wear when the weather is bad. He's only worn it a few times, but he doesn't mind it. The coat is called a "sport coat" and it also protects somewhat from cold.

I got Smokey one of these and have used it twice in a heavy rain. It works great and is easy to get on and off

I purchased one for Loppi not too long ago on ebay.
It's more like a waterproof track suit. I've never really used it yet, been too lazy to walk out while rain's pouring, but one of these days...

They're not quite big enough, but it was the biggest size I could find. The rain coat keeps their backs dry but their paws still get muddy. I'm not 100% convinced mine NEEDED rain coats, but they too hate the rain.
