is it true what they say about the longer puppies sleep the better they hold their bladders?

We try to let Marley sleep on average of 5-6 hours a day, and we put her to bed at 9. I actually have a specific routine tbh.

5:30-6:00 - Wake up mommy time, go out for morning pee
6:00-8:00 - Breakfast, and get the morning playfulness out
8:00-11:00 - Morning Nap in crate
11:00-12:00 - Lunch time, and short 15 minute walk around the blood
12:00-3:00 - Afternoon Nap in crate
3:00-7:00 - Snack, playing and family time. We try to tucker her out really good so that she'll sleep.
8:00-8:30 - Evening walk, good run around the park (well as fast as she wants to run)
9:00 pm - Bed Time, in crate

Should I be more lenient with my girl, and take her out more often, or am I doing whats right?

If it works for the two of you and she's not having accidents in the house, keep doing it. I don't think sleep has anything to do with how long they can "hold it" though. From what I've read, dogs (depending on size/breed) can not fully control their bladder/bowels until 6 months of age (some earlier, some later).
