Hey all ... I am a smoker & all these threads about the folks here quitting (or on the journey to quit) what effect (if any) does smoking have on the female (& male reproductive systems? I have been trying to find info online but most of the text is kind of confusing... So it the text concerning smoking in general.
I have read that light smoking is actually worse for your health then heavier a smoking (I have 2-3 a day) is this true?
