Is there a specific brand of pre-packaged raw that's better than the others?

I'd love to be able to feed my dogs some raw chicken that I can tell is actually a chicken, but I've always been afraid of missing this or that vital nutrient, so I started feeding Nature's Variety raw medallions a few months ago. Everything seems fine, I just wanted to make sure I'm feeding them good food.

I feed a bit of Nature's Variety, but feed a lot more Primal and NorthWest Naturals. Meg seems to prefer those two to the NV (and I can get more varied protein sources), but I don't know quality wise if they are significantly better.

I really like Primal and Farmore... I have tried NV a few times, but not often, because it's SO expensive.
I haven't tried any of the other frozen raws that are out because they aren't carried in my neck of the woods. I would like to try Primal sometime though.

I have found that if you buy the 2 pound chubs, they are generally much cheaper. I pay 5 bucks apiece for them versus the 25 or so for the 6 pound bag of patties. I do like the patties a lot more because they are easier to deal with, but I don't see the point in spending that much more money.
