Its more about your grammar than your spelling.

I dont use much grammar myself...

I doubt that there is a law like that.

I don't believe I was rude. No I DON'T believe she has 52 ponies. Her spelling and grammar isn't good. It's hard to read, and generally I just don't take the time to read posts with bad spelling and grammar because it takes so long. Like I said, it might just be her typing. I took a typing program for a little while helped me type correctly, fast, and spell things correctly. It helped a lot.

2pups622 it's just hard to read your posts.

So what ??? Many things take time to help someone.... my elder next door neighbors took plenty of my time.... driving to a nursing home for Chip's TDI takes time... if your time is that precious to you... don't read and post !

No offence guys, but this is so immature.
Let's get back to the poor girls subject.
Kity Cat, it was a little hard, but I understood your posts.
The spotlight is now back on JRT owners!

I'm a bit surprised about the attitude on this thread as well- especially when people attack spelling, grammar and clarity, yet fail to master it themselves. It's fine to recommend spell check...but make sure you're using it as well! ;)

I admit I was being silly in the beginning, but I think it's gone beyond light hearted fun and turned into a somewhat mean-spirited attack on mastery of the written word- rather than JRTs.

That being said- I adore JRTs, (or rather, Parson Russel Terriers), although I'll probably never own one. Still, there's nothing quite so cute as the twinkle in the eye of one getting into mischief (which seems to be a full-time job for them!)

I'm sorry if my spelling is so bad !!!!
But this one is almost perfect! See! There's no reason for this oddball babble you've been dealing us. Some of us are old and almost none of us are hip or cool so we don't really dig this phonetic one-letter word spelling stuff.

And I would like the names of all 52 ponies...please.:D

I don't have a purebred JRT but I do have a Jack Russell Terrier x Maltese. He is highly intelligent.. very fast at learning new tricks. I'd probably say he is too smart for his own good! :D

I think it would be more damaging to a child to let her continue communicating in broken sentences with mispelled words, and ignoring punctuation. Writing on these forums is a good opportunity to practice writing skills. She should be encouraged to stive for better. A few mistakes are understandable; no one is perfect. But accepting lazy writing only encourages sub-par writing. That won't help her at all in the long run.
