I know Gloria has your heart but I am still head over heels for Eleanor. What a GORGEOUS little gal!

Eleanor has really been growing on me lately. Now she's the more outgoing one and Gloria is more reserved. They take turns, lol! I just wish Eleanor carried more of the "type" I was breeding for. I love them all!

^Agree :)

I doubt you could "go wrong" with ANY of them.........but there is something about Eleanor that just catches the eye! Perhaps she is just more Photogenic than the other two???

Anyway.........they are all GORGEOUS!!

I know absolutely nothing about pugs but like Eleanor ! Looks like she'll have more wrinkles ..is this good or bad ?? More character ?? How soon do you let the others go " home " ? Sure has gone quickly since the whelp !

If you look at the two girls, this is what I see:
Gloria has a rounder, tighter, shorter (from top to bottom) face. She has a very wide underjaw which is what pugs should have. Her lips are tight. Her eyes are set wide on her face and you want the top of the nose between the two eyes up as far as possible as if the nose divides the eyes. You want a soft expression.

Eleanor is adorable. She is full of wrinkle and bone and a crystal clear, light coat. At glance, she looks better...but when you look further you see that she has a longer face. She has more droop to her lips and her eyes are set closer together and further up on her face.

If I were to draw a shape around each puppy's face, Gloria would get a circle, and Eleanor a rectangle. You want a CIRCLE!:D

I have not gotten stacked photos yet, but wish I could. (Hubby's arm is in a sling) The differences in these two girls are extreme when it comes to body conformation and Gloria has Eleanor beat by a mile.

With that said, I still can't say for sure who I am keeping, yet.

Elenor's my fave too.

What's the differences between the two that make you favor Gloria more? I'm curious since I've had so many people lately asking me to help them find pugs and I'm not really all that sure what makes a good pug. I can tell the bad ones!

Lol, yup we were. :)

Thanks, that makes it really obvious! I've just fallen in love with these kids...there were a whole herd of pugs out at the park yesterday (playing with a small herd of doodles  ) and I had to giggle and thought of you.

Just for you ;)

Alice is hard to capture as she is pretending these aren't her puppies. She's pretty tired of them by now and off running around as fast as she can, lol!
