Your pup is adorable, but frankly I call those breeders that have over one litter a month a puppy mill... not a responsible breeder. No way they can properly socialize the puppies, and with so many litters it's hard to believe they are doing it for any other reason than making lots of money... I didn't see any mention of health testing either, and they're F1 crosses. For $1200, you got ripped off.

I never did see how much she paid,,,, welcome her with support ... she has a loving dog and the dog a loving owner. This is an education and support forum. When someone asks for info and then goes against it , it's one thing. When someone new comes in and the deed has been done, it's another. Our support is to those who need it, and to educated the lurkers who may learn from our posts. Don't drive caring people away !!
I agree Grammy, but he came to complain about a breeder, just saying that the one he chose isn't much better is all. The first one sure seems horrible, but at least they have a spay/neuter contract and do health testing. There's just more to a bad breeder than what the OP mentionned.

Congrats on your new pup, sorry about the trouble you had finding a Goldendoodle. Oh, and don't worry about changing your name...just take a deep breath, ignore the garbage and love your dog! No matter what you post, the word doodle tends to insight a riot (or at least a veiled lecture) on this forum. I know, I have one too...

Please don't feel you need to change your name because of any pressures from others. Doodle is not a name thats very much liked, I agree, but if you want doodle or oodle in your name then thats your choice no one elses.
