I admit to being slightly prejudiced but my vote for the cutest and most loyal companion is the Pug. They like nothing better than to be with their owner. Of course, if there's eating involved, they like that even better.
pugs are pretty awesome. they're like little gremlins, haha. I kind of want a boston terrier though. I have to research the breed before anything...but I'd love to get a small dog that isn't hyper or needs a huge yard (since I live in an apartment).
Yes!! Count me in as a pug lover! I've always had big dogs, and still prefer them. But Pugs are definitely a "Big" little dog. My Haley was a maniac when she was young and would make me laugh just watching her go crazy. Toughest little dog in the world.
