Prego help/advise...

So 17wks now and I've got what I'd like to call bleacher butt. From what I hear it's normal cause the tendons and ligaments are streatching that are attached to the tail bone/coccyx are streatching. I just wanted to find out if anyone has had this and what they've done about it. I had an offer for a prenatal massage from a friend which I appreciate but I'm not too sure if I can afford such a lap in luxury. Any ideas?? I would love to just go sit in the hot tub but that's a no no now that I'm Prego.

Stretching exercises help ...I found washing floors on hands and knees with wide swipes helped .

In regards to the tendons stretching, I had horrible hip pain at night when I was sleeping. There wasn't anything I could really do about it. You can't do the hot tub thing, but baths are just fine.

I can't say that I'm an avid cleaner myself but I'll give anything a try once!

I wish my husband could follow directions from my massuse friend cause what she did at our softball game yesterday just felt awesome! She told me to stop by for a prenatal massage but I just don't know if it's in the budget. I'll have to find out. Maybe I'll take a bath tonight to see if I can just get a little weight off the area. Perhaps that will help.

LOL! Funny thing was it was in the middle of the game and she didn't have a chance to finish cause I was on deck to bat! LOL!
