pregnant with yeast infection

Hi just wondered if anyone can tell me if this is quite common and whats the best way to treat a yeast infection on a pregnant lab it's between her hind leg and stomach she has started losing some hair there to, she always gets this after her season and i normal manage to clear it with sudocrem i know that really that should not work but usually it does, but it's not working this time, i started her on natural yoghurt yesturday, how long should it take to see signs of this working?

Hair loss on the stomach is normal in a pregnant bitch, is she also itchy and has some pyoderma? I'd second the vet opinion.

HI thanks for advice, yoghurt is taking effect now and she seems to have stopped itching, have got her booked into the vets next week, so fingers crossed she will be fine.
