i was visiting vancouver we were passing this rundown like scummy area at about 1:30 we passed a coffee time and there were two looked like german shepard/lab mixes looked to be about 6 months...they were tied up to a mailbox fihting over cardboard and trying to eat it...There was absolutley no one around and no one in the coffee shop. I asked my uncle if we could pull over nd maybe rescue him...but he wouldnt do it... i know there are alot of people passing this way though..its a major street...hopefully someone will get them..i still regret not hopping out of the car,,and just taking them..but i didnt know the place and it was dark and i knew my uncle wouldnt listen. I know they were abandoned though :crying:
