Do you just leave it be in your yard, or wherever your dogs go?

Do you dispose of it? How?

I usually pick it up with a shovel dig a hole and put it in the hole and refill the hole.

If its in my backyard it stays thats their domain. Plus cleaning up after 3 big dogs :yikes: so not fun.

Any other place I pick it up. It pisses me off so bad when Im walking around downtown or something and step in dog poop. THAT IS WHY DOGS ARE BANNED FROM GOING ALOT OF PLACES!!!

Anywhere off my property, I bag it and dispose of it responsibly.

On my property, it's optional. In the warmer months when we're all spending a good bit of time outside, I tend to be pretty diligent about removal. When it's cold and no one spends much time outside, I tend to just leave it.

i pick it up no matter what unless i absolutely have nothing to pick it up with. then i'm forced to leave it. good thing i have 2 small doggies.

i hate that dogs are barely allowed in most places.

In our yard, it gets sprayed down once a week.

If Lizzie and I are out somewhere, and the rare time she goes poo, I always clean it up unless it's in a heavly wooded area where litarely no one walks. :p

I always pick it up ~ in my yard or off my property. For my yard, I have a scooper and a bucket lined with a trash bag, and when it starts to fill up I throw away. Usually a couple times a week. I rinse off the scooper every day.

Outside our property, I always pick it up, the exception being if we're in the mountains or way out in the middle of nowhere. I'm not going to carry crap for 4-5 miles when it can disintegrate in the wild the way it should. Eve eats a natural diet and within a few days in this dry climate her poo turns to powder.

In the yard.. Do I leave it sitting there? GAWD no. My yard would be a minefield! I pick up poo in the yard 3-4 times a week.

Z's.. piles (that's really all I can call them, because they aren't even remotely turd-shaped) are DISGUSTING to clean up. I mean.. ugghhhh with a side of blechhkk. I have to pick them up immediately no matter where he goes, because the radioactive fallout from those piles pollutes the air for seriously about 300 feet around it. Blarg.

It's funny that we get used to our own dog's...crap...for lack of a better word. I really don't mind picking up after Herschel and Nala, but we're watching one of our friend's (not potty trained, not trained at all) dogs for a week.

Every time she goes #2 I feel like I'm going to pass out. She either eats Black Gold or Iams, but whatever it is, it's horrible. I need to get rid of her, ASAP.

I dont' have a yard, so poop gets picked up as soon as it hits the ground... which is fine with me, my apartment complex was built for pets and has poop bag dispensers in every grassy area!

Out in nature... I leave it. It breaks down fast enough anyway, and I don't want to walk 4 miles with a poo bag. Also, my dogs use their nature walks to really clean out their plumbing... meaning they'll poop a little bit every mile or so. That would be a lot of teeny tiny poops to carry around!

Herschel, I know.

Really, if Eve goes somewhere and I don't have a baggie, I can use a napkin or paper towel to pick up the "pellets" and transport it to the nearest garbage can. Doesn't gross me out at all, probably because there's very little smell. Dakota and Dash's poo has more of an odor, but they're not raw fed so I expect that. Still, I don't mind picking up after them either.

If Zaphod's excrement doesn't improve after he's switched to a premium food, then I'm going to invest in a haz-mat suit for cleaning up after him.

I bury it in the holes he digs sometimes.

Other times I bag it and throw it away. Usually it's partially decomposed by the time I get my lazy butt around to cleaning the yard.

When we're out I pick it up if I can. If he has diarrhea? Not a chance.

Other than my back yard I do the plastic bag pick up upon the poop . My back yard's a different story !! Right now it's so muddy and wet I can't do anything !! I have a small garbage pail lined with plastic bag and usually can pick up with a bag , tie and dump until pail is full ....then off with trash . Love the frozen ones !!

I have a two acre yard devided. One acre to the dogs, another to me. when they poop in their acre, I scoop it and throw it in my garden. Makes GREAT fertilizer. I also give it to my neighbors who also use it as fertalizer. works great.
