I can't honestly say what might be wrong with her but a visit to the vet may be helpful :).

I would be making at least a call to the vet, if not an actual trip. How old is your dog?

We can't tell. It could be so many things from some food she ate to a foreign object. It's really important you take her to the ER vet for X-rays. Do you have a rectal thermometer? Take the dog's temperature. Normal range is 100.5 to 102.5F. Call your vet and report her symptoms and temperature.

There are few things besides foreign objects that could be life-threatening. PLEASE call your vet.

We really can't diagnose her over the computer. Sounds like a vet trip situation. Please take her in.

Vomiting and diarrhea are symptoms of a blocked digestive tract among other things. If it were my dog we’d be at the vet already, I hope you’ve gone

She need to go to the Vet take some of the poop with you in a vial.
If you have to wait for someone to take you to the Vet can you take her temp??? Do it now before the Vet office closes and you pay 3x for a hospital at 3am.

After she gets back post here and some of us can advise how to get her to game up quick with the loose stools.
Depending of course what the dr says.
