Yesterday, 3 pit bulls, an Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog puppy, and a California brindle fighting dog terrorized a nice quiet backyard cookout in CT. Oh the humanity!

From left to right: Birdie, pit bull and service dog; Berkley, pit bull; Wally, California Brindle Fighting Dog (but really a Greyhound . . . funny story); Athena, Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog; Petey, pit bull

NO! Get those bulldogs away from that child! Obviously she is in grave danger.

I spent the weekend at my friend's house in CT and we got some good shots of the dogs all hanging out together. And of course, the 2 legged pit bull is her daughter, The Gremlin, who managed to tire out ALL 5 DOGS to the point where they were passed out cold even today!

And as far as the California Brindle Fighting Dog thing goes:
Everytime I go visit her one of her neighbor's calls the ACO on her reporting thats he has a California Brindle Fighting dog that she's adding to her breeding program. That's pretty hard to do since Wally, Petey, and Birdie are all fixed!! Her neighbor is nuts.

They are all gorgeous! I especially love Berkley - I'm a sucker for redheads:) .

You can clearly see how the dogs are drooling and panting to get at that poor child in the second shot. How could you just stand by with the camera and not break up the terror??

Gorgeous dogs! They all look so vicious. I'm scared for that dear child. :D I love their collars too. I really wish we could have a pit bull or Amstaff but we have a female lab mix who's food aggressive. I don't think it would be a safe move on our part. :( Maybe one day *sigh* Although, we won't be adding ANY breed of dog until her issues are under control.

My friend who's house we were at (and who owns Birdie and Petey) made everyone's collars in that shot. She does fantastic work and hopes to have her site up and running soon. She took some good pics of Wally and Athena in their new collars, I'll post them up as soon as she sends them to me.

Great pics & I'm lmao at the story of dear sweet ol' Wally. Everytime I hear it, I laugh hysterically.

And I'm glad to see you are out & about. Just keep your chin up. ;)

I wonder how those collars would look on a furry lab mutt :D Keep me posted when she gets her website up.

How does that Brindle "Fighting Dog" get along with the other monsters? From what I've read, between the thin skin and the love for chase, they might not make the best playmates for wrestling type dogs, like labs or pits.

Since Buster is a wrestler, but I want a sighthound in the future, how does it work? :)
