Hi, I'm new on site, and need advice. My son's dog, Patches, is sickly. His head is hot, but his nose is cold. He has no appetite, and won't move around as he usually does with his friend, Foxy. My son described the symptoms to me as: his head is burning up. I've never heard of this type of sympton. Has anyone heard of this?

A warm or cold nose means nothing. That is more or less an old wive's tale.

And I agree that this dog needs to see a vet. You didn't give us even a glimpse of the issues to even allow us to guess at what's going on.
