As for waiting til 2011, its because I have my heart set on getting married on my great grandparent's 100th anniversary. I've had my wedding date picked out since I was seven. I was just lucky enough to come across a guy who was OK with it.

You should have seen mine pre reduction. They were so big my insurance paid for it so they wouldn't have to deal with back problems later on in the future.
I've gained a lot of weight recently, too. My new years res was to lose 20 lbs. So far I've ditched 3.
This is my ABSOLUTE fave of us, but I didn't post it because you can't see our faces at all! lol

Kudos for being innovative! I'm making my own dress. My parents are buying the fabric. Mom was disappointed that we wouldn't be going shopping for my dress. I told her she could help me sew it if she wanted. Then she laughed hysterically. lol
I don't think there is a dress out there that is exactly what I want, and I can sew, and I know how to make patterns, so I thought I'd put it to the test. I'm going to make a practice gown with cheap fabric before I make the for real thing I'll be wearing down the aisle, though.
