Too funny.. I looked at corgi and thought Naw.. couldn't be that or we would see some of it in there. LOL

lol, i don't think anyone's going to guess it

it's probably the last thing you'd expect... scroll down for answer:

it's funny, because she her back isn't elongated and her legs aren't short, i think she only inherited the corgi head

what gave away the pitbull part?
is it the body?

Someone breeding pit x corgis intentionally?

Why?
ok, actually i don't even know if she's a breeder. never even met her or looked into it.

i just know her dogs had a lot of puppies and gave one to us as soon as it was a month old. she told my mom it's pitbull/corgi mix and i'm taking her word for it :D

sorry if i misled anyone

She gave you the puppy when it was a month old???
I just hope her puppies were an accident...and although it shouldn't have happened and it is no excuse...I hope she just didn't know better.

The head is classic pit bull influenced squarish through the skull with a slightly elongated snout. The ears are also a dead give away - Pricked but floppy at the tips. The body is also boxy but heavily muscled for that type of body. I have a supposed pit bull x dachshund cross who has short legs and an elongated back.... but still has all the characteristics mentioned already.

Adobostreak,
No one is mad at you, just concerned. Everyone here loves their dogs and are a little worried. A month old is WAY to early for a pup to leave it's mother. Hopefully, it was an accidental litter and she is spaying her dog/dogs. It's nice to know that you adopted (hopefully) one, and we just hope that there will be no more litters.
