I know - people tend to expect I'm japanese or something! I just like the name for its meaning. I don't really know what you mean that I look like a duck toller hahaha ! But I will take that as a compliment since in my oppinion they are beautiful dogs!

No, more than the hair - a lot of it is the expression in your eyes and the way you hold your head, especially in the last photo.

What does your name mean? I do love the way it sounds - very lyrical.

It means "bright and beautiful light" . I don't know why I like it, its just nice. I like akemi especially, I did have akemi katsuo (because my names kat, and i thought that katsuo meant "child of wisdom") but, I learnt that katsuo meant fish, oh dear :O

You might not have been too far off about Katsuo in your original thought. Many cultures, including the Chinese and the Irish (strange combination, eh?) use fish as symbols of wisdom.

I adore the second picture especially.. And I actually do see what Renee is talking about. I don't think I resemble a Border Collie, but people say that there is an intensity about me that reminds me of one. We really do somehow resemble the dogs we love.

Haha! Yeah, you couldn't complain about the long legs.

Physically, eh.. I hope I don't strikingly resemble my dogs. They're both adorable, but their features do not blend well onto humans like a Toller's. Although I suppose I'd have more space for ear piercings if I had Ripley's giant "butterfly wing" ears. LOL

Tollers do have extreamly human features, thats exactly what Morgan said when I told him about them. He said they have very human eyes..

I think its also about the fact they have pink noses and around the eyes (the particular ones in my signature anyway, you can get black noses )
