Wow your pics are amazing! Squid is soooo adorable and Tiki is gorgeous. All of the pics are stunning but I LOVE the last one, it's beautiful.

I like the one of Tiki rolling around in the grass and Squid as a bear but all of them are so adorable!

Squid looks like a lab/collie/rotti mix. :) I love the bear pic and the grass rolling as well. Tira does that at least 2x when we go outside (the rolling) and now Gunner is trying it out. He only puts his head down and rubs it along the grass and does a half lay. LOL

It's possible I guess.. not sure of any rotties that live around here that could be his dad.. but there could be a rottie mix I suppose..
I got Squid from a family here in my bitty home town.. their dog got pregnant by some roaming dog (I know it's awful.. but that's small town for you). The mom is a lab.. I saw an ad in the local store/shop here and decided to call since I had been looking for a pup.. they were actually getting ready to take the whole litter to be put down.
She told me the mom had stopped feeding the pups at 2 and a half weeks and she had been hand feeding them to the present (which was almost 4 weeks). She said she had to get rid of them now or they'd be put down. So.. I took one.. my Squid.
I've had him since then.. 4 weeks. I wish he could have stayed with mom longer but they would not have it.. they held off the appointment for a couple days and managed to find home for all 7 pups..
I haven't wanted to mention this since joining after I saw a few mean comments directed at people who got pups from the mother before 8 weeks..
But there you have it.. I don't see what other choice I had..
I got Tiki from a shelter when she was about 3-4 years old.. that was 3 years ago this September.. I love them both so very much and can't imagine being without them! :)

Hah.. that's usually what Tiki does leading up to the rolling..
She bends down, puts the side of her face on the grass and starts walking.. then flumps to her side.. and then starts the rolling and flipping from side to side.. I love it! Sometimes I can get her to do it on command.. other times she totally ignores me.. :p

If I could get Tira to do it on command that would be great, but right now it's "her thing" and it seems to make her happy (or maybe she itches or is showing she's happy, I dunno). She does the head down, flop down, twist on the ground like a snake thing. :) LOL
