photo help?

I need help with a picture, I can't post it, though, so if you think you can help, please let me know and I can email it to you or send it via PM.

I want to get completely rid of the background in the pic, but I'm wondering if it will still look decent enough. It needs to be pretty good quality or else I'd do it myself.
