Phobia's?

i cant stand expired milk, it literally makes me gag just thinking about it.
anything dairy related close to the expiry daet...uuugh nooo way!!
a few weeks ago, i went home for the weekend forgetting to throw out my, almost expired milk, so when i got back it was expired. Wow took so my effort to just touch it, throw it in the garbage bag...anyways i started taking it out, the bag ripped a tiny bit, and sour milk started pouring down my legs....i almost threw up lol it was NASTY, i ran back to my apartment...dog tried to lick my legs but i shoo'd him away and i just jumped in the shower....

if i didnt have to have milk when i cooked and such i wouldnt have it...but i need it for my mashed potatoes lol

Jazzy...i totally have a fear of getting older...death too. Doesnt help that i am in classes where we learn about all the things that happen as we age!! I am totally scared of having some brain annurism and dying on the spot. I dont know if these actually count as phobias though...
I am totally freaked of a lot of bugs...some way more than others...like centipedes, omg, i HATE centipedes...they are so scary

Birds. I thought I was going to die in NYC - the pigeons don't even bother getting out of your way! Chickens and parrots are the scariest to me.
Also, being unable to move a limb. It's not tight spaces in general, but if I'm in a narrow area or any situation where I can't move my arms and legs freely, I panic. No kinky fun for me.
