People who know phone tricks-Question

We are suspiscious of somoene in my family making harassing calls. Calls were made between 2am and 4am and my sisters name came up on the caller ID. She denies making the calls. Is it possible for someone to make a phone call from #X and have it appear as #Y on the caller ID of the recipient?

I feel bad about that, but years of alcohol abuse and lying put her in this spot. I figure blaming her for this one thing that she didnt do makes up for some other thing she did that never got caught

Oh, I wasn't berating you, far from it.. I have 3 siblings one of which being a sister, I know what it's like.

Plus, it's none of my business really anyway, it just made me chuckle.. I can imagine myself saying pretty much the same thing. :rofl1:

That's alright then, I have a warped sense of humour.. I am convinced I was dropped at birth, although the rents have never admitted to it.

My brother had me convinced for many years that I was a Chinese adoptee, that they got free one evening along with a take away..
