Here's the first part (search YT for the other parts) of the Pedigree Dogs Exposed movie.

It's an interesting look at what we've done with breeding to inflict conditions upon the animals.


It is supported by PETA but is not a radical, crackpot movie. In fact, the makers of the movie are pissed off at PETA for using their movie to further its own agenda.

IMO it's a fair look at what breeders have done in the name of 'beauty'. And these are show dogs, not BYB varieties.

PETA now wants to stop USA Network from showing the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on TV!

I don't know about you, but our family always enjoys watching that show and it special in our house, especially since it happens only once a year. PETA is trying to go to the extreme again to get their point across.
