Peanut Butter Ice Cubes

These are yummy to your pets tummy! You can mix the peanut butter with some plain yougurt and freeze that. It makes a kind of doggy icecream. You could also add some smashed banans or banana baby food to the yougurt or yougurt and peanut butter. I do this and freeze it in the little bathroom dixie cups.

Just measure according to the thickness of the mixture. Pour it in the ice tray and let it freeze. After about a hour, your dog has a great treat! Yum

MOODYGIRL you can feed dogs that stuff I know Peanut Butter Ice Cubes. But yougurt, banans [/QUOTE
Yes, you certainly can feed Yogurt and bananas, I mix yogurt with berries (organic only as berries can really be full of pesticides & other toxins). Banana's, Cottage cheese.

I avoid peanut butter, I read somewhere that peanut butter can carry certain molds if not kept in the fridge. Since reading that I just avoid it...I don't know the whole article but I do know it came from Dr. Andrew Weil - leader in holistic medicine and foods.

Yes I also feed my dogs yougurt and bananas. And they love it! As far as peanut butter goes, I have yet to find where it's not good for them to have. But when and if I do ever read such thing, I would stop giving it to them if indeed it's not good for them. I read about the things my dogs should and shouldn't have before I feed it to them. I know how good things sound to us as humans but to their little bodies it could really hurt them. I've never tried the cottage cheese. I have to try that one:) Cottage cheese ice cubes?

Good idea to make Mojo's "Christmas" even more special. Thanks!

I think Mojo's is going to love them. My dogs go crazy as soon as they come out the freezer. Keep me posted on the results. You may be making them a lot often then you think:D
