:lol-sign: Can you imagine seeing that?!

I really though about doing this last time I moved my horse home. Spent a whole night trying to get him in the trailer so the next day if he wasn't going in I was going to sit in the back of the track and lead him home:p I was ready to fry him up into hamburgers myself at that point though;)

Really I don't see a problem. Dog gets exercise, man gets to fufill his laziness. It was low speed on a country road.

Well, part of me says "at least he didn't tie the dog to the car" and since the leash was on his hand he could let go if say, the dog stopped so it wouldn't be dragged.

Lazy, yes...but worth a $100 fine, plus costs and having your license taken away - a bit extreme.

Dogs are loose around atv's, farm trucks, cars, horses (!!), (skidoos I have learned lol) all the time... loose. As in they can run in front of it (or in the case of a horse behind it) while it's moving. The guy was holding onto the leash, keeping the dog to the side of the vehicle.

The dog got lots of good exercise at a good pace for a dog. I know Roman would positively love it because he hates walking and I don't like jogging (usually I let him off leash so he can do his own thing). I mean you know how many people are in shape enough to wear a high-energy, conditioned dog out by running with it? Not many I bet.

The guy is practical lol.
