Well the only thing is all the furniture will not even be in the house until the 30th. That sure would not give me much time to prepare.. lol.. Smaller groups would be easier for the matter of timing on this end..
The house is actually bigger than this one.. Its just that for 5 years I am use to watching the wildlife and seeing the mountains. But.. at least this one has woods and all.. There is another personal reason for the sadness as well..

Well.. I do not know if anyone will understand this or not.. Hotties ashes are in the yard.. We felt he did not want to be in a urn but in the yard he loved so much the last few years of his life.. To me its like leaving Hottie all over again.
As a Christian this makes no sense. We believe the soul leaves the body on death.. But this is the source of the sadness.. the main source..Adding other things its hard..
I took all of Hotties things- the paintings the drawings etc first to the house.. This may sound dumb but through tears I said outloud" you are still with us my doodles.." ( hotties nic name..)
don't be sad about this borzoimom - What matters the most is you still have him in your heart and he'll follow you where ever you go regardless of where his ashes lay.

Wow! I am so jealous! Wish we even had a yard as big as your "small" yard. Love the porch too. Here most houses are built even with the ground so you don't really get the whole "porch" feel and really all we have is a side walk and in back a little slab of cement even with the ground.
