After 6 months of searching for a friendly and outgoing dog to adopt, we finally found our new girl this past week!
Unfortunately her owner has been very ill and couldn't keep up with her 10 month old puppy.
She did grow up with kids visiting, dogs in the home and a cat. Duke and I went down to meet her and go on a group walk to see. She's very playful and loves treats
She was from a breeder and her owner gave us so much, a beautiful leather collar, a huge dog bed and agility fun set. She gave us a million hugs and through her tears said she was happy to have her go to a good home, and happy to be able to focus on her health but of course was so very sad as well.
She's settled in great all weekend, lots of walks, treats and Maverick and her love each other and have been playing non stop!
