Mostly beef liver and beef kidney for our crew. Sometimes turkey and chicken liver if the chicken we feed has the giblets in it.

I must confess that I myself am a liver lover. Therefore my dog AND my cats are no strangers to calf or chicken livers.

It does get a little bloody, but no more than a big hunk of liver. They usually have some real hard fat on them, so I cut that off and discard it. A little of the fat is ok but too much is hard to digest.
