I missed Pepper's bait and switch. SHe did finally nab Victor's chew bone while he complained about their proximity to his space. Poor Victor. He is so outnumbered in this house of women. Sancho the cat doesn't have his back at all. He is the cat that walked by himself when it comes to rompy dogs.

Victor doesn't like to play with the girls because "they are too ruff" he told me so. THey scratch his sensitive skin, they don't know how to tug gently like gentle dogs do. He loved Mary so because she did, but he will not with pepper. He tries, but it always ends up the same, with him standing off to the side, licking his legs where the welts come up. IT's really a shame. Once a day, i send the girls to the other room so he and I can have a gentleman's game of tug, and he can chase a toy or two. AT first I thought he didn't want to play anymore, but then I figured it out and was able to balance the scales for him.

Thanks Tuff Stuff. IT is funny how Neccy spiced things up with her funny personality. You would never know she was a senior by the way she acts.

Pepper is just stinking cute in my opinion. but she can be over bearing. She seems to be much more careful with Neccy than she has ever been with Victor.
Neccy sure has long teeth.

Victor has forgotten all the sassing HE did at Kharma when we were all at Grammy's, lol!

He was just a little kid back then. Now he is a grumpy old man. He knew not what he was doing, I still think Kharma could have popped his head like a grape.

I love that Neccy wants to play, every day. I love to see her skitter past and I had behind the truck, and she sneaks around the corner, sees me, I make "scary fingers" and she barks and skitters to the front door with a snort and a wagging tail. I love that she has taken a shine to the rubber lizard that Pepper likes to shake to death and has her own version of shake it to death now. WE played tug with it this afternoon. Maybe it's a second childhood in her golden years, I dunno and I don't care, I am just glad she is this happy. SHe is such a goose.

I think he amused her, otherwise she'd have airsnapped in front of his nose like she did to poor Hunter when he ran into Grammy and almost knocked her down in the doorway.

Funny to think she was still not far from being a pup too!

I love that Neccy is having so much fun playing. It's good for Pepper, too. Even Vic, though he grouses
