REALLY! Go here:

http://www.nintendogs.com/?sc9ejf2=15091

Yeah... PUPPIES WILL JUST LOOOOVVVVEEEE THAT!
OMG they cant give you any info. on how to train your puppy or anything, they are evil, brainless people who know absolutly NOTHING about dogs! All they know is the main breeds! Did I see French Bulldog on there? No. What about Bouvier Des Frandres? (sp?) No.
Sheesh. Nobody can even come close to you guys.

Actually, nintendogs is fun! I've played it, and the pups are adorable. If you think about it, they have to make it easier and more fun than training a real dog. LOL, no one would buy it if they had to work as hard as we do with our pups!

EDIT: HAHAHA! I just went to their site, and Zeus came running at the sound of all the squeaky toys! He's staring at my computer speakers right now. "Where's the squeaky? I could've sworn I heard a squeaky!!"

Oh, and one thing I find is sooo neat. My sister and brother-in-law have that game. If you have a nintendog game in your backpack or something, and you walk by somebody else with a nintendog, your game will start barking!

Interesting. If I had a DS I'd get it.

Two things peeve me off:

1) Golden Retriever and Labrador are on two seperate cartridges.
2) No german shepherds.

I think it is a fun game. If they came out with a GameBod Advance version I would get it, but i'm not getting a DS just so I can play one game. lol

Hmmm ... are you sure about those? Each game starts with six different breeds, though the others are all unlockable. They only start you with six to add to replay value. You unlock the others by earning Trainer Points ... in other words by taking your dogs for walks, teaching them tricks and winning competitions.

Now then, let's take Nintendogs: Lab and Friends as an example. By default, you can start with any of the following:
Labrador Retriever, Miniature Schnauzer, Toy Poodle, Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Miniature Pinscher, Shiba Inu

In addition you can unlock the following:
Pug - 2,000 Trainer Points
German Shepard Dog - 4,000 Trainer Points
Shih Tzu - 8,000 Trainer Points
Boxer - 10,000 Trainer Points
Beagle - 14,000 Trainer Points
Shetland Sheepdog - 16,000 Trainer Points
Golden Retriever - 20,000 Trainer Points
Cavalier K.C. Spaniel - 22,000 Trainer Points
Husky - 30,000 Trainer Points
Yorkshire Terrier - 35,000 Trainer Points
Dachsund - 45,000 Trainer Points
Chihuahua - 50,000 Trainer Points
Dalmation - Find the Fireman's Hat on a walk.
Jack Russel Terrier - Find the Jack Russel Book on a walk.

See! All on one version of the game. Also, if you have a friend who has a Golden and you really want it ... but it wasn't one of the original dogs on your version? Link up together in Bark Mode ... go to the Kennel later and *poof*, the Golden magically becomes available.

I think Nintendogs is a great game when you have to be away from your real dogs, but I prefer having my real dogs around. Corgi kisses are nice. :D

I actually saw it in the shop, and I braced myself for seeing puggles and maltipoos but when I saw the breeds that were on the game I nearly cried. Tears of joy, obviously. lol.
