Last night mum didn't get back to town till aftre the butcher closed, so she went to the small independant supermarket to just grab a can so they had somethign to eat. She got pedigree, if I have to get them canned I tend to get mydog, its not great but its not like pedogree.
I get their bowls out and split the can into their bowls and ad biscuits, omg the smell, I can hack apart chicken frames but I am more grossed out by dishing up canned food.
So I fed it to them, felt bad but figured it won't kill them, than proceeded to keep any eye on Buster because he likes to throw up after cheap canned food, thankfully he prefers to go outside so if I can open the door fast enough I don't have to clean it up. Thankfully, he kept it down.
A few hours later... the farts start. Mac and Buster are in our room in the evenings and omg the stink... you know what it smelt like. Half digested canned pedigree food. Exactly the same, only in fart form, very unpleasant.
We survived the fumes and went to bed.
Just got up and let mac out, now she's all of 11kg, she did a poo I would have picked as belinging to Harry (28kg) or a lab or something of that size... and it wreaks! it smells like... you guessed it, fully digested pedigree canned food.
I really don't know how people can feed this on a daily basis, one day and the digestive process almost killed ME!
