Oh my, this poor puppy, someone irresponsible probably couldn't handle her, and dumped her. Look at her, my goodness, I would snatch these Dobies in a heartbeat!!

I am so addicted to petfinder.com . We want an Aussie or a Border Collie for our next dog (will definitely be getting involved in agility), and there are so many puppies on there that are PERFECT. It's hard to keep telling myself "no more dogs for a few more years." lol.

I am happy AND sorry to report that Isabelle has found a home but not with me

I did drive ALL the way down there........that is where I have been all day I had to see her for myself and she is the sweetest little thing EVER! She had to jump up and lick my face through the chain link! (I wanted to bust her out of there and run for it........hahahahahaaha)

I took paper work on my other two yahoos, filled out an application.......they approved it already based on a convorsation with my VET

So they have been told if the other home doesn't work out she has a back up home just waiting for her.

Spirit I decided on the way down that if she ends up with us her name will be SPIRIT after you........since you found her, you petfinderaholic!

Oh darn!!!! I wish you would have been able to have her. I hope, if it doesn't work out with these people, that they don't ruin her in the meantime. Gosh....how disappointing. Spirit would be a PERFECT name. Not only is "our" Spirit a Petfinderaholic, but a great doggie-Chazzer matchmaker. Keep us posted if you hear anything. Maybe these people will change their minds before long. Dobe pups can be real hellions, as you know. LOL. But it is good she got a home, and hopefully they'll be lovely people.
