Oh my...Designer doggy?

Ok i just figured my beagle boy was just poorly bred, as he's too old to be a "Designer" dog... but looking at the different pathetic hybrid dogs today i looked at "Bagle hound" and thats barry :yikes: ... I figured a basset mix would have large ears, but he has normal beagle ears and what always threw me off was his massive neck skin... Are bassets prone to epilepsy like beagles though? b/c he has it..
