Mine was supposed to go out yesterday, but my sewer froze and I have been home for the last two days babysitting plumbers and ready heaters, and everything is at my office, I'll be hopefully getting it out tomorrow.

I am SO CLOSE to being able to send out my SS package. I feel a bit bad that it hasn't gone out sooner, but it will be WORTH IT I TELL YOU. WORTH IT!

I told my roommate that I do a Secret Santa where I buy someone's dogs presents and someone buys my dogs present and she said "oh my god, I think that's my favorite thing I've learned about you." LOL

I'm probably gonna ship right on the 14th, because I still have some shopping to do. Hope my person isn't going bonkers waiting.

The post office wanted $60 to ship it... Insane right??? I spent $28 at UPS and it still seems so high. I guess that's international shipping

Yah, I shipped mine via the post office here and it was about $29 to ship to AZ.

I sent the same size box last year to Canada and I don't think it was more than $20 with the post office. I just couldn't imagine spending $60 to send ~$50 in stuff.

I avoided telling husband because I knew he would think I was nuts. I slipped up and said I was super excited to get my SS box... the questions snowballed from there.

Sad part is, I don't feel bad at all about spending $30 more on internet dogs that I don't know than my best friend of 10 years.

Mine was.. $17ish to ship I think? Via UPS. It's in Illinois now according to the tracking, should be there tomorrow or Friday!

Mine was $31 to ship.

SO actually gets involved with Chaz. He knows several members and recognizes their dogs. He even helped with our SS package. He took pictures and everything! He knows Jess by "ferret lady" and Lyz by red Sibe.

I'm excited to get mine, whenever that ends up happening. Considering that I haven't sent mine yet, I don't have any right to be impatient.

I put it in a 2 day priority mail box, sent it Saturday. Based on the tracking, it says it is still 4 miles from my house at the local sorting facility. IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS! It needs to go many states away!!!

Secret Santa, if it doesn't get to you in a couple days I will file a claim and apologize profusely for the lateness
