Ocean Beach day!! (pics)

We took Zoe to Ocean Beach today.

Then she met a friend!

After an hour of chasing the lab and running in the surf....

And Mommy and Daddy relaxed with bloody Mary's at a fantastic restaurant near the beach that welcomes dogs!

And finally............I'm ready for my close up Mr. DeMille

Beautiful pics! Looks like a lot of fun I really miss the waves and sand in Cali.! It must be nice going onto a beach barefoot without worrying about cutting your freet or slipping from the rocks

Thanks! And Ocean Beach is HUGE!! It just goes on forever-- great place for dogs.

Yes, it's actually called Ocean Beach! I never thought of it before, but it's not too creative is it? It's a long, long beach that stretches along Highway 1-- which is also called the Great Highway. It goes from SF all the way down the southern California, and all coastal. Truly beautiful

The restaurant looks nice--the beach picture is beautiful--looks like Zoe had a good time.

Except for the bit longer coat, Zoe is the same shape as Sooty, even down to the white toes on her back feet. Sooty's eyes are the same shape but she has more of a white lightning bolt down her chest.
Great pics I'm envious. We're going on a beach holiday next weekend without the dogs unfortunately.

I'm so jealous!!! That beach is beautiful and I love the look of that restaurant. She looks like she had a blast.

What breed is Zoe? She's a mix- mostly lab and border collie. We call her a Labradolly! The location is in San Francisco on Highway One just down from the Cliff House. The restaurant is the Beach Chalet- very dog friendly!
