Jake gets called 'budd' alot. Also, because when he's tired but following you, he makes such a big production of yawning, stretching and then staggering behind you, I also call him 'old man'. I also think when we were training him, he started to think 'good boy Jake' was his full name.

haha oakley's names have a very large range...

oaks, oaksters, oakley-schmokley, shmooshie butt, cutie poo, booby, poopy butt, shmushie poo, oakley-poopie, puppy shcmoo, cutsie pie, lil spoiled brat...bad dog (all in baby voices of course), ugly puppy (even though he is the cutest thing in the world), lil booby head...and any combination of the above, with lots of variations of non existing words beginning with 'shmoo'

His name is Quincy and he gets: Kinses, Kingboy, Chickenherder (fav toy is a rubber chicken), Babe, Sweetums, and yes, even Pookums. This from the person who, upon bringing the dog home for the first time, proclaimed, "Nobody, but NOBODY, babytalk this dog!" Oh well, he got to me. It's the eyes......
