I am a new member as well as a new dog owner. We (my husband and I) have had Fraser (mix breed) for 3 months now and really enjoying him.
His pic (he's 1.5 months old here) should be posted as a profile picture.
The folks we got him from said his dad is a mix Bull Mastiff and English mastiff (140 lbs) and mom was a mystery (they think lab, rotti)... I'd welcome any suggestions on what other breeds you think you see in the pictures
there is one part of him that people always remark at as being a little unusual: When his hackles go up ... they REALLY go up: a black tall strip of hair from shoulders to rear. wondering if that is typical of any particular type of breed.. He looks like a little wart hog when he does it.
