Hello everyone... I'm not a newbie doggy mom we have a 7 year old collie, but we are expecting the arrival of our black lab female who's 9 weeks old today. She's actually a surprise bday gift for my husband who grew up with a black lab female as a child. I'm here to learn new tips and tricks about training this little gal and in hopes to create some friendships as well! I Look forward to meeting everyone.

Welcome! Puppies are such a wonderful experience. Your husband will be thrilled! Labradors are great dogs, when trained and properly socialized their reputation for exemplary manners and intelligence knows few rivals. They adapt to many different lifestyles with ease and are generally easy keepers. Ask your vet about puppy preschool and begining obedience classes when you take her in for a checkup, Or ask the breeder if they offer any group classes for puppies. And don't forget to have fun!
