Let's re-think things....
Well, tried to post earlier, but it skipped me I think! Anyway, I am another "Professional Pet Sitter." And I am great at what I do....so is Pam. I have never seen Pam treated like she was here. She is the real deal.... Sorry, that some of you had bad experiencies with pet sitters, but like anyone, IN ANY PROFESSION, they can be good or bad. My bank account speaks for me. I, (never mind my love of animals) before I got married and had a child, was a "Hollywood Animal Action Trainer" for over 10 years, I have personally saved over 300 animals from dumb assess. I have worked with everything from rats to tigers/lions and everything in between. I specailize in animal training and behavior.... Let me tell you, I went through a bunch of posts here, and some people are so lost. By the way, all you animal lovers out there...I love the mini. pins. with there ears clipped, how humane.....NOT..and the post about breeders (Lets keep breeding, so there are even more "unwanted" pets out there...)The U.S. alone puts down over 7 million pets alone a YEAR!. Yep, keep breeding your bitches to make a buck.
Another thing that bothers me, and I wish the moderators would post this... please don't write to someone on a forum regarding your pets health.... take him or her to the vet. I have seen (not here) on other forums some reallly stupid replies. If you have the time to write online about a problem with your pet, you have the time to take him/her to the vet. From my exerience, and yes, I also have vet. tech/lab. experience, you are not going to get a proper diagnosis online.....
To the moderator here, I have nothing against you, I may or may not ever look at this site again, but unlike your other posters, I have been published in various media, on T.V. , Fox, training all over the country, radio, published by numerous newspapers, and others and yes, even wrote a book about parrots. I entered my email address, so anyone can talk to me, and I will be fair. But when I see a "Breeding" thread, it's just another puppy mill to me. I lived the life, and talk the talk....

Hi Orbitzmom welcome to the site. I think "animalbiz" got a little confused on what thread they were posting to due to the fact that this was YOUR member intro and not THEIR soapbox to stand on. For that I apologize. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but some should really learn when to zip the lip or get off the site. Anyways I can't wait to see pictures of Orbit so please post some soon.
Maybe I was mislead on what post I posted on, ( I apologize) I didn't mean to take any attention away from Orbitz... for that I apologize... I will apologize anytime I make a mistake.

I don't need a soap box, ( I already worked on a soap)......I love animals, and I am so lucky to not only love them, but I get to work with them and actually make a living doing so. I bet you just post here, because you have dog....... Bet your day job is so boring. Animals are my livelyhood. What do you do for living? I get to work with animals everyday, and not have to deal with people like you. Try like you will, you will NEVER have the animal background and experiece that I have. Know what? I was on this board for 3 whole days... I am so grossed out. Reply to my threads if you wish, I won't see them. Keep giving dumb ass advice, don't go out on a limb to find out more.... I got attacked the first night I posted. So not cool.... You have some very angry people in your group. Which sucks, because I bet a lot of them are really cool. I have come across some gross boards, I would hate to say this is one. We are not ( well, from what I have read) in HIGH SCHOOL. But, I bet the H.S. stuudents act more mature than what I received. I feel sorry for the moderator, some of these peole want to start flame wars, they don't want to learn more about their canine comp. Sorry to hear that....AMy

The only person I see as starting a flame war here is you, by every post you ahve made you have created flame wars. I think the high school attitude shines through in all of your posts as well. Grow up! The high school kids here are much more mature than you for sure. Holy cow, how rude. Even if you never come back to read this I have to post anyway.
Chazhound is the best forum I have ever been apart of and the people here do not deserve to be treated this way at all by you.

Well Amy, maybe I did come across a little testy on my post but I didn't agree with all info in your original post. Maybe if I had gotten the chance to read the whole thread it was meant for I would understand why you were so upset in it. Good for you that you have all this fame and wonderful background. It sounds that your self confidence level is very high but I don't think it entitles you to try to belittle others or use the language you did. And by the way I do not have a boring job I work in law enforcement and also am a counselor for a shelter for women and children who have left abusive relationsahips. So koodos for you in your career. I am proud of what I do and I don't think helping others who are in crisis or removing children from abusive homes or tracking down sex offenders is a boring or unworthy job. See I am comfortable with who I am and do not feel the need to try to rub my experience in others faces. Did I ever once say I wanted to be like you or that I am a proclaimed Dog Expert? No I don't believe I did. You however seem to feel the need to tell everyone that! I do apologize if I sound tesy now but after your vulgar display I admit that I am quite frustrated. When I posted what I did it was to try to tell Orbitzmom that somehow a post got mistakenly put on the wrong thread because of it's contents. Your original post clearly sounded like you were very upset about something. By the way I don't believe in puppy mills either. And thank you for the nice comment about Gunner. (Not trying to kiss your butt either, I just think one of us should try to be civil here.) You are entitled to your opinions no doubt and I have had people bigger than you try to inimidate me everyday in my line of work. If a rapist can't do it I doubt a dog expert can. I think you now know where I was coming from, and EVEN THOUGH I SAID I WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN....I THINK THERE ARE SOME AMAZING PEOPLE HERE, SOME... anyway, like I told you in private, I do have my own forum, but I hate being an a**hole... I just get very angry at some things, and this will or will not clean the slate. You were, however, the only one to "question" me and for that I respect you (You alpha girl, you).

Hey Girl I am glad to see you back on the site. I think we both have a little alpha in us. lol I think you have made amends at least with me as I hope I have made amends with you. We all get upset sometimes... I know I do. I'm just glad we got to talk earlier and clear the air. So do you think you might consider showing us some pics of your darlings?
J. I just luv ya now! There is no bad blood between us at all. I did come back to try to have my say. I wasn't going to, but I do have a heart and felt bad...even though I don't know anyone here. I guess I just wanted to kinda explain myself. You and I are all good! Gotcha back now too! hahahhahahha! Anyway, I did look (peek around) and did find some good people here. Some may hate me and not agree with me but that's fine. I just felt that it was my responsibility to come back and apologize for "some" things, the others, I do stand by. I just didn't need to go off that harsh. So to all of you, I do apologize, and the only one who knows what I mean is the one I am now responding to.

As for pictures....I am so bad, but I did my own web site for my pet sitting business....I am going to put my pups, birds and my cat on there, but for the time being, I only have 2 "show pictures." And so that no one thinks I am hiding anything, my site is www.peaceofmindpetsit.net . I did this site for the first time in like 45 min., I know I have to improve it, but I still get the business.... so it's not a priority with me. When I am feeling "down" I do go to the zoo here, and vol. my time. I get to play with monkeys, baboons and lions/tigers/cougars and leopards. There are other animals inbetween, but too much to list, but that is how I "decompress." I have so many pictures that I want to put up. Roy, from Sig. and Roy, before the tiger attack, which the tiger was actually helping Roy, no matter what you heard in the media. Have private white lions and tigers, and a card from Roy. Sooooo many clienents with great animals and Burt Ward, (Robin from original Batman) used to introduce me on stage, he rescuses Great Danes. Have stuff from Jack Hanna and others I just need to put them up. I am so bad at the web site stuff.

Ok Now that it took me 10 minutes to read thru the posts LOL!!! Hi AnimalBiz. Nice to see you on here!! Gunnerzmama, thanks for welcoming me. I still have no idea how to get my baby's picture to be on my posts. If you can help me do that, that would be great. I am a bit of a dork when it comes to the computer. Sorry. I also have to put it right out there now that I am a pet sitter as well and quite proud of it.sooooo, sorry if I am offending anyone with my profession. I am a great pet sitter and I hope to continue to be one. I am not here for that anyway, I am here for my puppy dog. So I will continue to frequent this board so long as I am not made a target by anyone.
