They say everything happens for a reason, it sounds like he's where he needs to be at right now.
have you ever read the book called "A Dog's Purpose"?
I just got chills thinking about the book and Romeo's case

Lol i'm sure he will be. but right now he has kind of come to the conclusion that if he does not eat his dinner.. someone will make him something MUCH YUMMIER :rofl1: like bacon and add it in



Right now, we are taking things day by day. I know this sounds awful, because he is my dog and I love him very very much.. but she is my cousin, and I'm not even going to stress her out right now with "soo when can I take him back??"
from what she has told me, right now, it feels like he is the only sunshine in her life.
She lost both her parents.. I am not taking him away right now also.

Romeo getting hurt was awful, its something that was seemingly so pointless. for a little dog on leash to be attacked for NO GOOD REASON
but I think it put him exactly where he needs to be right now.

OW Fran , you just brought tears to my eyes . You are such a honestly good caring person . I was hoping you would say something like this.
My nan used to tell me "Everything works out for a reason" i agree with your reasoning .
