I (well, my family) just got a new kitty 
He's been hanging around the porch since Christmas, and of course my rother insisted on feeding him. He has not left the porch since...except to go sit on the cars.
He's a fat fluffy orange cat named Buddha. We took him to the clinic to scan for a chip, and when we didn't find one doc said "Look like you got a new kitty." I said hell no. And then on Monday I took the cat in for vaccines and feleuk/fiv test. Of course doc had to rub in that he was right after all Doc says he's probably a year and a half old and has a nasty case of ear mites, but is otherwise healthy.
He's such a cuddle bug. And he has awesome bite inhibition/control. He will play bite, but he doesn't bite hard enough to hurt or to break skin. It actually kind of tickles lol. Simba (or other cat) doesn't know what to think just yet. He's been playing with him through the window, but when he came in the house he ran to the window and looked out, confused about why the cat was in HIS house now :rofl1:
Gavorche adores the new cat. Up until recently I thought I could never have a car around him. He actually loves both this cat and one of the clinic cats at work. Simba just doesn't like him. Probably because he doesn't put up with Simba's abuse like the other dogs.
