New family member!

My mom and dad are picking up their new dog on Saturday. I found her on the internet and just KNEW she was theirs. I called my mom and we went to look at her today. My mom signed the papers and she is off for her spay on Friday.

They are thinking of calling her Sally. She is a year old and was an owner surrender. She is calm and sweet and just lovely.

She needs some TLC and loads of patience! I am so excited!!

She is only a year old. I love her so much. She is typical slinky border. She is so spatially aware and intelligent. I really hope she fits in and works out with my mother. If she doesn't it is going to take EVERYTHING I have to not take her myself.

She is MUCH prettier in real life then in that photo. That was taken when she first arrived and she has conditioned up a lot.

Now, I am getting all my stock down and putting together a gift basket for her.
