To get through that cocker hair, you are going to need a two speed clipper. Me, personally, I prefer Andis over Oster, I find the Oster's to be bulky and not comfortable in my hand. Cockers have pretty thick hair, and any clipper that has "trimmer" in the name isn't going to cut it. Shell out the money for a quality set, and there will be a huge difference in the quality of the cut. Be sure to groom a CLEAN dog too. A dirty dog will just leave track marks everywhere.

I have gone in circles with my favorite clippers. I was a HUGE fan of my Wahl Switchblades for a few months, but they have lost their charm. So now I am ordering the Kim Laube Cowboy Clipper (I am a clipper junkie, always trying new ones. Andis is my clipper of choice at the moment. A nice smooth clip, powerful, and quiet. You really can't go wrong with one of these.

You can contact Revival Vet Supply but a good pair of clippers will be more than a $100....I use ANDIS!!!
