New Behavior Question could be related to old stuff

Hi everyone AGAIN LOL. Riley is now on a second course of antibiotics since she still had slight discharge. Anyway, she has been doing wonderful as far as the crate is concerned. Yesterday we left her for about 3 hours and no accident. However recently at night she has been getting me up around 3 ish to pee. This might be related to the meds/vaginitis still I assume. Could this also be a phase? Kinda like the ones babies go through - change in sleeping patterns? I was just curious is this was normal. Thanks so much.

It could be medical, but it could be a phase. My dog woke me up until she was about 8 months old.
