It's official, I got a new budgie! I've been keeping this quiet, she was going through some quarantine for a little over a month now, and today I finally put her with the rest. She seems to be doing well with them, she likes snowball! 
A friend was having trouble with her, so I said I'd take her and see how she did with my flock. My friend had a male, and two females so Starburst (that's what I named her!) and her other female where fighting over the male. Unfortunately, Starburst was the one who lost but didn't want to give up and she got pecked at a bit So, knowing I had room for one more female I said I'd take her. She's all healed up and healthy looking, and seems to enjoy having others to play with. So far no problems with fighting.
This is perfect because it's a female, and now I have 3 males and 3 females. Poor little Snowball was all left out until now! If she does pick a fight with the others I may just put her and Snowball (to keep her company) in another cage by themselves, but near the others. But hopefully that won't be the case.
Anywyas, she's a blue, type II yellowface, grey wing, opaline female. She's very gorgeous!
I will have to get more pics later, but here's one.
She's very quirky and, though not hand tamed, she's coming along well. She will sometimes let me pick her up without flying, and loves millet lol
