Need suggestions for good vet in TN

I live in the Wilson county area of TN.I am getting a Doberman when he is ready to come home with me and I need some suggestions of a good vet that can crop his ears.I want someone that has done plenty before and knows what they are doing.If you dont know of any vets then how can I find out the kind of work that a vet does when I do find one.Like how can I go about asking for proof that they do a good job?

See if there is a Doberman club in your area and ask them for referrals
