Need suggestion

Helo all
I have 2 doggies named Ronty and Shiny
They are very friendly together
But problem raises when we are going for a walk
Shiny becomes very naughty while walking
she disturbs Ronty all the way
May be she wants to play with him
But Ronty becomes anger with her forces me to come back home

How should i solve this problem
Please give any suggestions

Why not just try to walk the dogs seperatly?

Or have one person walking one dog while you walk the other.

When you say that it forces you to come home, what do you mean by that? What is he doing? What breed and age are these dogs?
