*irritated*

So I'm trying to "loan" my sister a kindle book. She sent me the email to loan the book to, I copied and pasted it, and it turns out she had a typo in the email she sent me so the book is now floating around in cyberspace.

[Seriously. Her email has ONE number in it, and she left it out. I mean really. Isn't that something you'd NOTICE? The ONE number?? My sister is very frustrating. This stuff happens a lot.]

My Kindle account just says that the book is on loan, there's no button that says "take book back" or anything. Obviously she hasn't accepted it and I doubt anyone has. I know there's only so many times you can lend a book (is it just once?), and I do still want to lend her this book. Amazon.com is very hard to navigate, there's not really an obvious button that says "Click here if you have a problem with our site!" which would be nice.

So does anyone know 1.) how I can get my book back and re-lend it to the correct address, or 2.) how I can contact amazon for help?

TIA!

I would call customer service - I'm sure they can fix something like that. :) I can't look up the number for you though, because I can't surf the full site without logging in and then it sends me to amazon.de

There is a contact us button though here:

Not sure if theres a number, because I'd have to log in. :)

Nevermind here you go: :) Its pretty great because the call you - no waiting line with horrible music. :p
