Okay since I received a PM from a member regarding my new signature I would like to see others views on it.

Do you feel scared, sickened, or offended by the content of my new signature?

nope not at all! Your labs are involved in hunting and that's simply an aspect of it. The fallen ducks are like trophies in a sense. It'd be no different than me putting a ticker of how many mile my team has run thus far or a terrier owner who takes their dog to ground posting a picture of their dog at the end of the underground maze behind the plexiglass barking at the rat in a cage.

I'm see nothing wrong with it. I don't have a problem with hunting, and I think it's neat to see dogs performing their intended functions. But I'm sure that some people are either sensitive to seeing the ducks, or don't agree with hunting.

Nope not at all, I think it is a gorgous siggy. I also believe if someone took the time to PM you then they should be told to get a life. Labs were breed for hunting and you only do what they were intended to do. You should be very proud of your dogs, I only have one thing to ask....post more pictures I love seeing your doggies, Rocket included.

Eh, I see it no different as laying out a bunch of mosquitos that you swatted, or a bunch of fish you caught, or a bunch of books you've read, games you've played, donuts you plan on eating, etc.

But I like to think I have a high tolerance for stuff too, so a lot of stuff doesn't bother me. Or at least I like to think that.

No different, IMO, than having pictures of Border Collies herding, or GSDs doing protection work. You have working Labradors, that's their job!

well it doesn't bother me. It's not like these ducks were raised in captivity, and y'all just threw them away after taking pictures.

Okay so I guess the smiley peeing is getting more attention than the pictures. LOL

Should I take him Off?

I could stand to loose him, but I am very proud of my dogs and it seems like I would be "hiding" our way of life if I changed my siggy with the birds because someone was scared of it.

Julie.

Edit: We never waste game. We only take what we can eat, and my boys just love and respect the wild because of it.

Naw keep the smiling guy. He just found a squirt bottle with water in it and is just having fun.

I don't know where ya'll got the idea that he's peeing. Dirty minded people.

It doesn't bother me at all. But, I had a feeling when I saw it that it would end up bothering someone. But, no problem on my end! :)
